As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving the iconic Schwan's yellow truck, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently as part of a team of motivated individuals who share similar values.
- Receive comprehensive training from experienced leaders to ensure success in the role.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must meet the Federal DOT eligibility requirements, including appropriate driver's license and medical certification.

- Guaranteed daily-base pay with commission on a weekly basis.
