We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Clinical Decision Unit team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a RN in this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver world-class health with human connection, making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex patient needs, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, fostering a culture of empathy and understanding.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
