We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Service Coordinator to join our team at Novatae Risk Group. As an Insurance Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and agents, driving service excellence and setting us apart from our competition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently and collaboratively with brokers to deliver exceptional client service, addressing day-to-day service issues and concerns, including policies, endorsements, invoicing, audits, inspections, and coverage issues.
- Assist in updating the Agency Management system with updated policy and coverage information.
- Build strong client relationships and engage with the service and sales team to address or handle escalated issues and client needs.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with a high sense of urgency to respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Strong client service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Self-starter with proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong detail orientation, with the ability to apply knowledge to troubleshoot issues and solve problems.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
