Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and provide exceptional patient care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality patient services.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Experience: Engage with patients to provide empathetic consulting services, resolve issues, and promote a positive patient experience.
- Operations: Manage the pharmacy's workflow, ensure accurate medication dispensing, and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
- People & Performance Management: Supervise and develop pharmacy staff, provide coaching and training, and promote a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Business Performance Management: Analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance pharmacy performance.
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree from an accredited institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
- At least 1 year pharmacy experience, including prescription filling, recordkeeping, and pharmacy operations.
