About the Role

The Araca Group is seeking a highly skilled Site Merchandising Associate to join our e-commerce team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the online shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily updates to multiple e-commerce sites, including new product launches, promotional banners, and assortment organization.
  • Manage new product setups across multiple stores, gathering product images, details, and copy.
  • Work with Product management to accurately represent all products on the stores.
  • Monitor the performance of new products, flag any concerns, and strategize with the team on ways to improve performance through onsite exposure and marketing strategies.
  • Create proposed sale pricing for approval by Inventory Planning.
  • Maximize conversion and revenue goals by using data to optimize product assortment and location.
User Experience
  • Conduct webstore audits across multiple devices to ensure all information is up to date and website functionality is working as expected.
Digital Marketing Support
  • Coordinate, set up, and schedule approved email campaigns across multiple stores.
  • Assist with social media assets, including crafting copy for social posts, emails, and site banners.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling promotional events.
  • Experience using Shopify and an Email Service Provider (Klaviyo)
  • Basic HTML programming language
  • Basic statistical analysis
  • Information analysis
  • Presentation and organization skills
