Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor I to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Store Manager to develop business driving initiatives and achieve sales targets
  • Communicate and achieve store productivity targets, including sales per hour and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all associates complete sales training and develop strong product knowledge
  • Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching and feedback
  • Lead by example, achieving personal sales goals and educating the team on sales plans and strategies
  • Foster a team environment, creating a fun and competitive atmosphere that drives sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and achieving business goals
