About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Specialist to join our bakery department team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for new hires and existing team members. You will work closely with our store leadership and trainers to ensure that all training is aligned with company standards and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing team members.
- Work closely with store leadership and trainers to ensure that all training is aligned with company standards and goals.
- Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to help team members improve their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop cross-functional training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months of Whole Foods Market experience (or equivalent retail training experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for learning and development.
Salary
$17.00 - $25.40 Hourly, commensurate with experience.
