Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as a Study Hall Monitor at the Morgan Academic Center. As a Study Hall Monitor, you will play a critical role in maintaining a quiet and productive environment for student-athletes to study and complete coursework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise student-athletes during independent study and ensure a quiet environment conducive to learning
  • Tutor and mentor student-athletes as needed, providing guidance and support to help them succeed academically
  • Monitor computer lab usage and ensure that students are using technology responsibly
  • Perform other assigned monitor duties as needed, including serving as a first point of contact for emergencies outside of regular business hours
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and be able to work up to 20 hours per week, including evenings and Sundays. This position is ideal for students who are looking for a flexible schedule and are passionate about supporting student-athletes.
