Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Caregiver / Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you'll work closely with our Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Administer prescribed medications to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, maintaining accurate medical records.
- Present medication to patients and observe ingestion or administer medication using specified procedures.
- Take vital signs or observe patients to detect response to medication, reporting reactions to the care team.
- Restock medication inventories and maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents.
- Provide direct patient care, ensuring resident safety by identifying potential hazards and taking corrective action as needed.
