Your Role

• Lead the sales and collection efforts of your team, setting goals and objectives to achieve exceptional business results
• BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND THE COMMUNITY TO DRIVE SALES AND REVENUE GROWTH
• Develop and implement strategies to market yourself, your team, and the company, creating new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, adjusting task lists and schedules as needed to meet business demands
• MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARDS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, RESOLVING ISSUES AND COMMUNICATING EFFECTIVELY WITH CUSTOMERS

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent work experience
• At least five years of successful operations or leadership/management experience
• Five or more years of successful sales experience
• A valid state driver's license with limited moving violations within the last three years
• Proficient computer skills
