Job Summary:
We are looking for a diligent and dedicated Safety and Security Surveillance Specialist to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing live surveillance feeds to identify and respond to potential security threats, playing a vital role in ensuring a secure environment for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
As a Safety and Security Surveillance Specialist, you will receive training on various systems to equip you with the knowledge and confidence necessary for your monitoring duties, which include:
- Monitoring live surveillance feeds to detect potential security threats.
- Analyzing video footage and promptly reporting any suspicious activities in accordance with client protocols.
- Collaborating with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
- Conducting routine checks and troubleshooting surveillance equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Providing support and guidance to on-site security personnel when necessary.
You will be introduced to systems that enhance facility operations, including Security Cameras, Access Control, Panic Alarms, Network Hosted SMART Systems, Database Management, and Gate Entry.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional attention to detail and observational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience with computers and customer service.
- The capability to work independently and make swift decisions under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED; a college degree is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in the security sector, law enforcement, or military is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a drug test and have no criminal record.
