We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Technician I to join our team at UNC Health Care. This per diem position will provide clinical support to patients and staff on our Short Stay Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians and healthcare providers with routine examinations and procedures
  • Provide clerical support, including organizing workload, greeting visitors, and maintaining medical records
  • Assist with patient care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Measure and record vital signs, and patient height and weight
  • Reinforce routine teaching given to patients by registered nurses or physicians
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
  • Listed as a Nursing Assistant I by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Service
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • One year of related experience or training in a healthcare setting
