Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced RN for a Home Health position in the Kennewick, WA area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and chart patients' conditions at each visit
- Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs
- Administer Physician-prescribed medication
- Dress or redress wounds and assess healing progress
- Provide palliative care to keep patients comfortable
- Offer education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of nursing experience
- Experience working with Home Care Home Base
- Active RN License
- Active BLS through AHA
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- At least 6 months of recent Oasis and HCHB experience
