Job Summary: In this role, you will work closely with our healthcare team to provide holistic nursing care to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and collaborating with our team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities: As a Holistic Nursing Practitioner at Charter Care Health Partners, you will:
  • Provide individualized care to patients and their families
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Diploma or Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred
  • Current RI licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification also required
  • 1-2 years of previous nursing experience preferred
