The Children's Home of Reading Youth & Family Services (CHOR YFS) is seeking a highly skilled Master's Level Clinician to join our team in Germantown. As a key member of our therapeutic services team, you will provide quality care to clients and families, utilizing your expertise in clinical health disciplines.

Job Responsibilities
  • Professionalism and Accountability: Demonstrate a commitment to social learning, social responsibility, non-violence, growth, and change.
  • Support and adhere to the agency's mission, goals, and objectives.
  • Conduct goal-directed treatment sessions with clients on a consistent schedule.
  • Serve as a client advocate, maintaining confidentiality and promoting their rights.
  • Work cooperatively with team members, ensuring harmonious interactions and effective communication.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Master's degree from an accredited university in a clinical health discipline, with at least 12 credit hours in core behavioral health coursework.
  • Two years of verified experience in the mental health field.
  • Three written references that demonstrate past educational and/or employment experience.
  • Age 21 or older, with a valid PA driver's license.
