We are seeking a highly skilled Master's Level Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a clinician-founded national private practice group with locations in 48 states, we pride ourselves on providing accessible, quality care to our clients.

About the Role

This is a fee-for-service position, earning an estimated $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on the number of sessions and bonus opportunities. Our therapists work full-time (30 hours/week), with a flexible schedule and the ability to work remotely after a probationary period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Provide mental health services to clients, including individual and group therapy sessions, as well as diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.
  • Clinical Supervision: Receive regular supervision from licensed professionals to ensure adherence to best practices and ongoing professional development.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree in counseling or a related field from an approved program.
  • Approved by the board as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate.
  • Meet all PA State Requirements for Pre-Associate Licensure.
  • Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
