Rehabilitation Therapist

HealthSource Chiropractic of Crofton is seeking a highly motivated and patient-oriented Chiropractic Assistant/Rehab Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Instruct patients on rehabilitation and corrective exercises to promote optimal health and wellness.
- Therapeutic Applications: Apply therapies including spinal decompression and laser therapy to alleviate pain and discomfort.
- Custom Orthotics: Screen and mold patients for custom orthotics to provide personalized support and comfort.
- Office Management: Manage patient flow through the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all patients.
- Marketing and Outreach: Participate in social media marketing and community outreach initiatives to promote our services and build relationships with local healthcare providers.
- Education and Certification: A BS/AS degree in Exercise Science or Personal Trainer Certification is preferred, but not required.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Hourly compensation based on experience, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. Depending on the individual, this position may also have the option of being salaried.
