Key Responsibilities:- Implement 1:1 direct ABA techniques in-home, center, and/or school settings
- Collect accurate ongoing data on client programs
- Collaborate with experienced clinical leaders and team members
- Communicate effectively with parents and clients
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Proven work experience as a Behavioral Technician or similar role
- Additional certification may be required based on facility needs
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry patients when needed
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients
