- Perform in-depth failure analysis on various components
- Develop comprehensive reliability prediction reports
- Proficient in calculating Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)
- Design and test innovative equipment
- Familiarity with military standards such as MIL-STD-217F, MIL-STD-810, and MIL-STD-461

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering
- Expertise in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)
- Experience in calculating MTBF and MTTR
- Knowledge of military standards including MIL-STD-217F and MIL-STD-810
- Ability to define design requirements for military applications
- Solid understanding of mechanical design principles
