  • Perform in-depth failure analysis on various components
  • Develop comprehensive reliability prediction reports
  • Proficient in calculating Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)
  • Design and test innovative equipment
  • Familiarity with military standards such as MIL-STD-217F, MIL-STD-810, and MIL-STD-461

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering
  • Expertise in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)
  • Experience in calculating MTBF and MTTR
  • Knowledge of military standards including MIL-STD-217F and MIL-STD-810
  • Ability to define design requirements for military applications
  • Solid understanding of mechanical design principles
