Our Approach

We put patients at the center of value-based care, coordinating their treatment among a team of specialists, including podiatric physicians and surgeons, advanced practice providers, care navigators, pharmacists, dieticians, and social workers. This integrated approach addresses patients' immediate and long-term health needs.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a well-trained Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) to join our team. As a Podiatric Physician, you'll provide comprehensive foot and ankle care, from patient examination to surgical and non-surgical management of all foot and ankle conditions. You'll work in a collaborative environment, exploring a wide range of career opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' lower extremity complaints, review medical history, and develop a clinical plan of care
  • Provide comprehensive examination, including at-risk foot care, painful foot and ankle conditions, trauma, wound care, and surgical management
  • Administer advice and instructions on foot care, educate patients and families about general wellness care, medication usage, and prevention
  • Maintain patient medical records and medical documentation consistent with state regulations and Upperline Health standards
  • Participate in continuing education as required by the state Board of Podiatric Medicine
Requirements
  • Degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine with appropriate certification and licensure
  • Active DPM license or ability to obtain within applicable timeframe
  • Board Qualified or Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM) and/or American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS)
  • Strong compassion for patients and their families
  • DEA registration or eligibility required
  • CPR certification expected
What We Offer
