Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrive punctually at assigned job locations and travel between sites as needed throughout the day.
  • Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, presenting a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Follow directives from supervisors or dispatchers and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with residential and light commercial systems, educating clients on repair and replacement options, and executing approved service repairs.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on various residential and light commercial systems independently.
  • Utilize knowledge of electrical and refrigeration principles, interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints, and effectively use service tools and testing equipment.
  • Provide clients with information regarding new or renewal maintenance agreements and secure residential planned maintenance contracts.
  • Inform and educate clients about additional products or services offered by the company, adhering to company guidelines when discussing replacement options.
  • Be available for a flexible schedule and on-call status for emergency services as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license
  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
  • Willingness to invest in tools necessary for HVAC service
  • Commitment to ongoing training and development
  • Ability to work from extension and step ladders
  • Understanding of the benefits of preventative maintenance
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • NATE Certification is required.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
