Recruitment Specialist

- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and engage candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough screening processes, including resume reviews and phone or video interviews, to identify top candidates. Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience. Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates.
- Partner with team members to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on the recruitment process. Assist in creating job descriptions and defining key qualifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Track and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience: Proven experience in roles involving extensive communication and engagement with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and effectively interact with candidates and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other communication tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
