Position Summary

The Service Attendant plays a vital role in the Service department, ensuring the dealership's aesthetic appeal, facilitating vehicle movement, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the movement and parking of vehicles within the dealership to ensure smooth traffic flow.
  • Transport vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, driveways, and walkways.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and directing them to the appropriate staff.
  • Assist sales and service departments with various tasks, including replenishing vehicle fluids and performing minor vehicle assistance.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and promptly report any incidents to a supervisor.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical capability to operate and maneuver vehicles.
