Senior Technical Director for Environment and Infrastructure

We are seeking a Senior Technical Director for our Environment and Infrastructure group at Honeywell Advanced Connected Sustainability Technologies (ACST).

This role will involve providing technical direction and vision to our team, ensuring the successful execution of projects and driving innovation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding research teams and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping the long-term technical strategy of Honeywell.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall technical direction and vision for our Environment and Infrastructure group.
  • Partner with engineering teams to define and execute research efforts.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and scientists.
  • Develop and integrate comprehensive research strategies aligned with technical objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior experts and external partners to address key scientific questions and resolve technical challenges.

The annual salary for this position is $178- $222. This position is incentive plan eligible and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401(k) match and paid time off. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, science, technology, mathematics, or a related field, and a minimum of 15 years of technical leadership experience. Travel up to 30% may be required.
