About the Job

As an Amazon Critical Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide full life-cycle support to AWS Data Centers from design inception through site improvement and maintenance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice to your region's engineering teams.
  • Use your subject matter expertise to develop innovative solutions for AWS's data centers.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and create Corrective Action (CA) documentation for site/equipment failures.
  • Support operational issues with ad-hoc training, complex operating procedure reviews, and event support.
