Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned engineer to join our team as a Critical Infrastructure Fire Protection Engineer. You'll be responsible for providing life-cycle support to our AWS Data Centers, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security.

Duties

  • Support the development of fire protection systems and infrastructure within AWS Data Centers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement in fire protection systems and equipment.
  • Design and implement new fire protection systems and equipment to meet evolving business needs.
  • Mentor and train customers and partner engineers in fire protection principles to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in fire protection engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Cumulative 5+ years of experience in engineering or the construction industry, related to all aspects of fire protection.
  • Valid US driver's license and reliable personal transportation by start date.
