**Key Responsibilities**

As a Solar Contractor & Customer Service Liaison, you will be responsible for:

  • Project managing and facilitating the onboarding process for solar contractors
  • Providing first-level and second-level customer service to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Reviewing and analyzing results of survey feedback to recommend areas of improvement
  • Working with counterparts of our partner company to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Daily tracking and reporting of projects, contractors, and customer status
  • Compiling and communicating executive updates on a regular basis
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure team members' actions are promptly completed

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High emotional intelligence and ability to work well in ambiguity
  • Flexibility and adaptability towards changing processes and environments
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 2+ years of customer service background and experience with CRM & online collaboration tools
  • High proficiency in Excel or equivalent and proficiency in project management
  • Solar or technical background strongly preferred but not required
