This is a part-time position, requiring availability to work afternoons, Monday through Friday, at the FCC office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and online channels
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for FCC customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Meet attendance and punctuality requirements, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • US Citizenship or Green Card Holder
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
