Work Schedule:
Full Time – Temp to Hire
Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the order entry inbox
  • Engage with customers regarding their orders
  • Investigate customer inquiries and issues
  • Provide quotes to customers
  • Establish new customer accounts
  • Process credit card transactions
  • Address pricing discrepancies
  • Handle export documentation
  • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable
  • Maintain confidentiality of information
  • Contribute to LEAN initiatives

Compensation:
  • $20/hour
