Key Responsibilities
  • Operate packaging equipment, monitor and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance
  • Lead troubleshooting and make adjustments to provide optimal equipment performance
  • Ensure the lines are continuously supplied with materials and store, stack, and load finished goods safely
  • Review and actively participate in risk assessments
  • Perform Preventative Standard Routines, including performance of basic lubrication, repairs, inspection, and identify defects to complete or coordinate repairs
  • Ensure that products meet all quality standards by monitoring production parameters, sampling/testing and responding accordingly
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced and performance measured environment
Compensation

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $23.33. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
