Oversee project-specific building information modeling, review shop drawings for precision and effectiveness, establish delivery timelines for the rollout of shop drawings, and document any modifications for as-built records.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of verifiable experience as an HVAC and Plumbing Supervisor

At least 5 years of experience in large-scale commercial construction (such as hotels, office buildings, hospitals, casinos, etc.)

Skills and Competencies:

Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities

Collaborative team player

Strong organizational and planning abilities

Detail-oriented

OSHA 10-hour certification (minimum)

Additional state licenses are advantageous
