Job Summary

Gallo Mechanical, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of mechanical construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire life cycle of mechanical construction projects, from inception to closure.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and effectively, within budget and schedule.
  • Define project requirements and scope, manage project costs, and oversee field labor and subcontractors.
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to foster better communication and develop future work.
  • Manage and oversee mechanical construction projects of various sizes and complexity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or significant related experience in Construction Management.
  • 7+ years of relevant project management work experience; experience in the mechanical construction/plumbing industry is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in construction management principles, practices, and methods, environmental regulations, engineering project management methods, workplace safety, budgeting, employee supervision, and personnel management.
