Position Overview:

As a key player in our organization, you will oversee the strategic management of facilities operations, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement a comprehensive asset management strategy for refrigeration systems.
  • Develop and enforce preventative maintenance protocols and condition-based monitoring for refrigeration assets.
  • Coordinate enterprise-wide strategies for the lifecycle management of refrigeration assets, aligning with sustainability goals.
  • Drive process enhancements in asset lifecycle management, focusing on minimizing operational disruptions and achieving cost efficiency.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to create innovative applications for asset management, integrating feedback from field technicians and other stakeholders.
  • Lead the execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, communicating priorities, and removing barriers to success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancing asset performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and initiatives, consulting with key partners to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience in supermarket refrigeration and HVAC systems.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and data analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in supermarket refrigeration systems and controls.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and present compelling business cases.
  • Project management skills to deliver solutions within budget and timelines.
