Overview

We are seeking an exceptional General Dentist to join our Deca Dental Group | Ideal Dental team as a FLOATING/PRN dentist. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work when you want, with a 30% production-based compensation model.

Responsibilities

As a General Dentist with our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and growing long-term guest and team relations
  • Providing mostly fee-for-service and PPO guests with a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry services
  • Pursuing lifelong clinical learning and education with a collaborative group of doctors
  • Assuming the quality of care for guests while adhering to the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism
Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • A DDS/DMD from an accredited university
  • The desire and ability to connect with and serve guests
  • An active or pending State Dental Board License
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
