We are seeking an exceptional General Dentist to join our team at Ideal Dental Group. This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician who values flexibility and autonomy in their practice.

- PPO and Fee for Service guests with 10-15% higher reimbursement rates
- Free in-house 100 hours CE AGD PACE approved CE course curriculum
The ideal candidate will have:
- Establish and grow long-term guest and team relations
- Provide mostly fee-for-service and PPO guests with a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry
- Pursue lifelong clinical learning and education with a collaborative group of doctors
- Assume the quality of care for guests while adhering to the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism
The successful candidate will have:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited university
- The desire and ability to connect with and serve guests
- Active or pending State Dental Board License
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
