Key Locations:

  • Ellicott City, MD

Work Schedule:

  • 3 days a week: Monday to Friday (12-hour shifts)
  • Weekend rotation: Saturday and Sunday (5-hour shifts)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' health statuses
  • Develop tailored care plans for each patient
  • Provide primary care services, including diagnosis and treatment of various health conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Educate patients on disease prevention and self-management techniques
  • Engage in discharge planning and aftercare services
  • Oversee medication prescriptions and track treatment outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Maryland
  • At least 1 year of experience in Primary Care or Immediate Care environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Expertise in clinical assessment and diagnostics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a healthcare team
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and healthcare technologies
