Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inspect Production Lines: Conduct regular inspections of our production lines to ensure that products meet all quality and safety standards.
  2. Inspect Incoming Materials: Inspect incoming materials to ensure that they meet all quality and supplier requirements.
  3. Complete Paperwork: Fill out and complete all necessary paperwork and forms related to quality assurance.
  4. Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Work in a safe manner, follow all safety rules, and report any potential safety hazards to management.
  5. Ensure a Clean and Organized Work Area: Ensure that the work area is clean and organized according to 5S standards.
Requirements:
  1. Fluency in English: Must be fluent in English and have excellent verbal, written, math, and computer skills.
  2. QA Knowledge: Must be able to read and understand QA drawings and instructions and have a basic knowledge of relevant plant documentation.
  3. Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and move about the plant for the entire shift, lift 50 pounds, and move and handle material.
  4. Team Player: Must be able to work independently and be a highly motivated team player.
  5. Flexibility: Must be flexible with work hours and shifts and assist other departments as required.
About the Role
