- Inspect production lines and work cells to ensure products meet RTC's quality standards.
- Inspect incoming materials to ensure all quality and supplier requirements are being met.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and forms.
- Work safely and follow all safety rules, reporting any potential hazards to management.
- Ensure your work area is clean and organized according to 5S standards.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
- You must be fluent in English and possess excellent verbal, written, math, and computer skills.
- You must be able to read and understand QA drawings and instructions, as well as have a basic knowledge of relevant plant documentation.
- You must be able to stand and move about the plant for the entire shift.
- You must be able to work independently and be a highly motivated team player.
- You must be able to lift 50 pounds and move and handle materials.
- You must be flexible with work hours and shifts, and assist other departments as required.
This is a union position with a salary of $18 per hour.
