Job Summary:

This involves working closely with patients, healthcare teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. You will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical abilities, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal recovery and function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal recovery and function.
  • Work closely with patients, healthcare teams, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality care.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Assist with operational aspects of the department, including budgeting and performance evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • Valid license in the State of Ohio as a Physical Therapist.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in an open area with other PTs. Work may be stressful at times.

Physical/Mental Demands:

Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 10 pounds.
