Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Courtyard New Orleans Downtown Near the French Quarter. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and providing personalized service to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on hotel services and amenities
  • Assist with room assignments, key card distribution, and other front desk duties
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
