Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwright and Rigger Specialist to join our team at Wayne Brothers, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment, including leveling, aligning, and setting machinery on foundations or base plates.
  • Use mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues with complex systems and equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of machinery.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to assemble machines from prefabricated parts and install industrial machinery.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • OSHA 10-Hour Certification required.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights, climb ladders, and use scaffolding.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions

Employee will be required to work in a variety of environments, including industrial settings, outdoors, and in all weather conditions. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, leather gloves, and leather steel-toed work boots.
