Job Description- Managing patient panels with diverse needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in-office or testing centers, and occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with teammates via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
- Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
- Prior experience as an Advanced Practitioner (at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or 1 year in urgent care)
- State licensed in Ohio, NY, and/or CA
- Willingness to work Saturday shifts and evenings
- Paid sabbatical every five years
