Job Summary:
Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Keystone Primary Care office in Columbus, OH. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to ensure efficient delivery of primary health care and creating a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional patient care by working closely with the clinical care team to deliver high-quality services.
• Foster open communication between the care team, patients/caregivers, and healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other care team members to address gaps in patient care, including chart preparation and medication administration.
• Promote improved clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction while efficiently using resources.
• Serve as a patient advocate to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
• Perform routine medical procedures, such as vital sign measurement, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing.
• Assist in vaccine administration and blood draws as directed.

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant program or LPN degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing situations.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, vaccination protocols, and basic life support principles.
