Join Our Team as a Land Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Planner to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States. As a Land Planner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our clients' projects, working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement land use plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver large-scale master plans, urban development projects, and land use initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on land use planning, zoning regulations, and environmental impact assessments.
  • Conduct site analyses, feasibility studies, and market research to inform planning decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community groups to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Land Planning, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in land planning, urban development, or a related field.
  • AICP Certification is required.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up, InDesign, and other relevant software.
