Job Summary

This Government Compliance – Asset Management role involves managing property in accordance with government regulations, corporate policy, and local procedures to achieve operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of test equipment and maintenance requirements (TMDE), familiarity with reutilization of equipment, and basic knowledge of disposition requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the asset management records database, including accurate input of new records and updates to existing records.
  • Provide barcode tags and perform equipment tagging.
  • Review, research, analyze, and resolve issues raised by property receiving discrepancies and supporting audits where needed by team.
  • Review new part procurement listings for determination of quality clause requirements and manage those entries for calibration and tagging at the receipt point.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift/move 40 lbs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Data analysis skills, including familiarity with MS Excel formulas, charts, and pivot tables are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Sunflower asset tracking system is beneficial.
  • Ability to gain ESD certification and knowledge of test equipment utilization.
