Regional Director of Clinical Operations

CommuniCare Health Services is currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as Regional Director of Clinical Operations. This position will cover facilities in the Columbus, Springfield, Toledo, and St. Mary's, OH region.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Nursing Consulting and Long Term Care, with previous DON experience preferred.

This key management role involves:

  • Evaluating facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care
  • Conducting weekly interventions, audits, and training at facilities
  • Training new nursing management staff
  • Assisting with State Survey preparation and providing support during surveys
  • Aiding in the Plan of Correction process

As a valued member of our team, the successful candidate for this position will enjoy a competitive salary of $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including PTO plans, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.

Key Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the State of Ohio (BSN preferred)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Long Term Care and Nursing Consulting
  • Previous DON experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and oversee functions at multiple facilities daily
  • Willingness to travel throughout the region
  • Maintenance of current CPR certification
