Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our environmental services team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency in our resident apartments and common areas.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areas daily, including dusting, dry mopping, wet mopping, and scrubbing
  • Wash and fold laundry, distribute clean linens and towels, and maintain a stocked cleaning cart
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and effective time management
  • Contribute to the quality of life of our residents by maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Participate as a member of a team and work towards team goals
  • Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Royalton Place Assisted Living and Memory Care

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate: $17.00/hour (depending on experience)
  • Full-time schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
