Senior Program Manager

**About the Position:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team at Qwalifize LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple programs, ensuring strategic alignment, and driving business growth.
Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year based on experience.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of program management experience and must possess exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills. They will work closely with senior executives, departments, and vendors to develop program strategies, manage program resources, and ensure successful program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple programs, ensuring strategic alignment and driving business growth.
- Develop and execute program strategies, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Manage program resources, including budget, personnel, and vendors.
- Collaborate with senior executives, departments, and vendors to ensure successful program execution.
- Ensure timely and accurate status updates to inspire confidence in the team.
- Analyze data and make informed decisions to drive program success.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed program documentation, including program plans, risk management and mitigation plans, issues logs, and other program support documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of program management experience or equivalent.
- Implementation experiences a must.
- Knowledge of and work experience with formalized commercial SDLC methodologies.
- Strong analytical and creative abilities to problem-solve and offer new/alternate solutions.
- Able to manage client expectations throughout the program's lifecycle.
- Able to multi-task; successfully manage multiple programs of different sizes/types.
- Be a team player - manage and motivate program team members – lead and be led.
