Are you feeling overwhelmed and underappreciated in your current role?
We offer our Senior Processors a guaranteed monthly salary exceeding $5,000, in addition to a $250 bonus for each file processed.
We seek an individual who is coachable, exceptionally organized, and driven, aligning with our company culture.
Important Note: Experience with JUMBO and PORTFOLIO loans does not qualify as Non-QM experience. Candidates must have a background in processing 12-Month Bank Statement Loans and DSCR Loans. Please refrain from applying if you lack Non-QM experience.

Qualifications Required:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-fledged processor in a high-volume setting.
- At least 1 year of experience specifically processing Non-QM loans.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in processing Conventional/VA loans.
- Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must pass a background check and behavioral assessments.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills in daily operations.
- Proficiency with various software applications.
- Experience with LendingPad is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation: Monthly base salary of $5,416.66 plus $250 for each processed file, along with benefits including parking, 401k matching, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
