About the Role
As a key member of our team, you'll lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-based systems that enable seamless transactions between buyers and sellers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, draft technical specifications, and implement solutions that meet our high standards for quality, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications that enable seamless transactions between buyers and sellers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions that meet our high standards for quality, security, and performance.
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality code that is secure, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Participating in code reviews and ensuring that all code changes are properly tested and validated.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on leading teams and designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based systems.
  • Expertise in Java, React, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
